I loved everything at the property. I admire the professionalism of the management team. The take care of every single detail at the property. Beside the great work of the management, I loved the breakfast area and the team there is doing a great job, a big clap to the chefs. Furthermore, the house keeping staff were very good and sincere at their job, I can’t remember a single thing they forgot while cleaning our room for the whole 8 nights, even the coffee machine capsules were never skipped or forgotten (like other 4 star and sometimes even 5 start hotels). Yes, it is that specific! A clap to all the receptionists and the gate watchers. They were of great assistance at all times. I’ll say it again, such hotel success happens when there is a professional and hardworking management team behind all these sectors mentioned above. So a big clap to them.

My first visit to Istanbul but not the last. Everyone I met in this hotel is exceptional. I traveled from Singapore just to visit Istanbul but they made me feel like a family. Great breakfast, room is perfect. The bed is comfortable, the food is also exceptional. I will visit them soon. Start from reservation to pre-arrival all went so well. Metin, Zaker, Omur, Ferhat, Murad, and many more to mention. I am super happy that I choose this hotel. The environment is very calm and nice. I am recording all the Singaporean to visit them.

The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the check in was swift. The location is fantastic. It’s a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station, lots of cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute walk and Galataport is also less than 5 minutes away. Galata tower was a 15 minute walk. It was easy to access Sultan Ahmet and Taksim by metro. Karakoy is a very vibrant place to stay with lots happening.

This hotel has amazing location. Even though you may find it weird at first, because the first thing that you see is a gas station. However, with a course of time you realise that all cool cafes and sights are available on foot. Staff in this hotel is very attentive too. They are willing to help. Despite being small, room is cozy and clean. Breakfast is good for the hotel of this type.

Incredible location right in Karaköy just moments from the best coffee in Istanbul (Kronotrop) and countless bars and restaurants. Modern & clean hotel, good shower, spa and excellent gym facility. Friendly staff & breakfast runs late. good after a night out. Bluetooth speaker in room is a lovely detail.
